Original PlayStation memory card icons are really small — only 16 pixels square! That’s awfully tiny for today’s screens so I’ve created 2 versions of each icon: one at 32 pixels that is closer to the original size and a much larger one at 256 pixels
FUN FACTS
In what I’m guessing was an oversight during production, the European release of the game made just for Spain and Italy uses the W.E. icon for its Settings Save and the I.S.S. icon for all other save types.

Here's an interesting save icon trick that Konami would use more than once. In ISS Pro Evolution (Winning Eleven 4) there are unique images for different save types represented in the game but they all use the same icon at the system level. #Konami #PlayStation #PS1
