Original PlayStation memory card icons are really small — only 16 pixels square! That’s awfully tiny for today’s screens so I’ve created 2 versions of each icon: one at 32 pixels that is closer to the original size and a much larger one at 256 pixels

Well if this isn’t a messy situation! Since the various regional versions of the Who Wants to Be a Millionaire TV show were hosted by different personalities with vastly different quiz question content, their video game counterparts are also treated as separate releases.
Adding to the complications (or maybe simplifying them) for our purposes, only three titles actually used the memory card: Europe’s release of ‘2nd Edition‘ and specifically the German releases of ‘Wer wird Millionär – 2. Edition’ and ‘Wer wird Millionär – Dritte (3rd) Edition‘. All three releases use the same “M” memory card icon
